It was bound to happen. Two tranny sites in a row that suck so bad, you’d think that shemale fare online had finally taken the plunge. Hopefully, this is not the truth, for if it is, I will be one unhappy tranny reviewer. But that’s why I’m here. To weed out the absolute crap and guide you to the best sites on the web. Kathoeys is one of those sites that really should never have seen the light of day. Perhaps it seemed like a good idea at the time when the webmasters decided to make the site. Or, perhaps the webmasters were high on crystal or coke when they hatched their idea and their vision of a decent site were clouded by chemicals. Either way, it’s my job to review it and give you the truth…
Forged in May of 2005, Kathoeys, which means “transsexual” in Thai. In English, Kathoeys simply means “suckfest”. Yes, the content is exclusive, and no, the ladyboys being filmed and snapped are not pretty. Most of these “models” look like they need a shave and at least an injection or 5 of female hormones. With no trial or decent tour section to gain a glimpse of its insides, you are faced with dishing out $24.95 for a month. You could easily absorb all of the content within less than a day. So a trial is definitely necessary. The 25 dollar membership fee most certainly is not.

We here at Tranny Reviews always enjoy a site that has exclusive content and homegrown models. Kathoeys definitely has exclusive content, and that’s a good thing, because I definitely would NOT want to witness these less than stellar “models” anywhere else.
What’s worse is the navigation. Getting around Kathoeys is no easy task. The main members’ page has some news bits and shows you the “newest pictures” and “newest videos”, but who knows when these were planted and when the next batch of newest pictures and newest videos will make themselves known. There is a “coming soon” section, but trust me, none of these shemales will make you come anytime soon. The selection is weak and the models weaker. Which is odd, since some of the hottest shemales are of the Asian or Brazilian ilk. Not at Kotheys, which has pushed back the evolution of the tranny about a decade or three.
The content, unfortunately (or rather, fortunately, since the models aren’t very pleasant to the eye) is mostly filled with ladyboys doing strip teases and solo masturbation. There were very few shemale on male scenes. But isn’t that why you would sign up to one of these sites in the first place? To see these shemales get fucked every which way to Sunday? What’s worse is that you can’t download the pictures, just view them. You could always do a “ctrl-alt-print screen” then copy and paste it into Paint, but why fucking bother? These pictures are so bad to begin with; it’s not that big a deal that they can’t be stored on your hard drive.
The videos come in three offerings, all in WMV Windows Media format: Low, Medium and High quality. Low is pretty damn low and clocks in at a ridiculous 64kps. Medium quality is a bit higher at 128kps. High quality is offered up at 1600kps. Whether it’s low, medium or high, the stuff you’re gonna view (and hopefully not download, even though that option is available) sucks.
Conclusion
Two reviews in a row with sucky content and suckier navigation. It makes me wonder what is happening in cyber tranny world that would enable this to happen. But Kathoeys isn’t a total loss – there is a bonus section where you can use your existing username and password to access the following: Tickle Horror, Hand Job Girlz, Foot Job Lovers, Real Thai Pussy and GaGa Gay.com. Ga Ga what? I won’t even try to mess with that one since it is already messed the fuck up as it is. $24.95 a month to view sad tranny porn and even sadder bonus sites. Don’t do it. I did it and am still recovering. I might even need a dose of therapy after this one.
